A HOMELESS man who damaged a car and Apple watch belonging to a lady has been handed a restraining order.
Ashley Bottley, 25, admitted a charge of criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 after causing £815 worth of damage during the incident in Colchester in July 2021.
Colchester Magistrates Court handed Bottley a restraining order to not contact the victim or enter her road.
He was also ordered to pay £563 in a fine, surcharge and court costs.
