The A12 is closed after a crash involving three vehicles.
The incident is on the southbound side of the road between Junction 25 for Marks Tey and Junction 24 for Kelvedon.
It is understood the incident involves three vehicles.
The crash is already causing long delays on the A12 back to Eight Ash Green.
It is also causing delays on the opposite carriageway.
