DRIVERS are seeing major delays following an incident which has partially blocked a busy road.
The A131 at High Garrett is delayed due to an ongoing incident.
An accident involving two vehicles has partially blocked the A131 between Broad Road and Braintree Road.
Traffic is queuing in both direction on approach.
According to a witness, a transit van has been rolled on its side with glass on the road.
They said a car and the transit collided.
Witnesses have also said a man was freed from the van and appears to be unhurt.
