FOUR wins on the spin was the outcome of the latest episode of the Apprentice for ex-Edge Hotel student Brittany Carter.
The Essex University graduate and her teammates were successful once again, making it four wins in a row and no losses for the Apprentice hopeful.
This task for week four was centred around fish.
Half of the team went to Cornwall to catch and sell fish to the public, whilst Brittany and the other half sold fish to major corporate clients.
Harpreet Kaur was this week’s project manager, with the team deciding on pollock to be the catch of the day.

Brittany along with Harpreet and Akeem Bundu-Kamara, were in London, selling the fish caught and bought by their other teammates in Cornwall.
Following the sales of Dover sole and pollock, they decided on the dish to be sold in Cornwall, which was fish tacos and tortilla chips.
Brittany’s trio in London faced some criticism from buyers on the quality of their prepared fish, particularly the pollock, as it was sold at a higher price.
The team spent £549.53, but made £861.95, making a total profit of £312.32.
This lead to them winning the task, and being rewarded with a shark cage experience at London’s Sea Life.
