A MAN who was caught breaking a 60mph speed limit has been handed a £220 fine and three penalty points.
Eddie Suen, 54, of Messing Road, Tiptree, was caught travelling at 70mph in a 60mph zone on the A16.
The case was proved via the single justice procedure at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 13.
This means the case was decided by a magistrate and defendants don't have to appear in court.
Suen was handed three penalty points and a fine of £220.
He must also pay a £34 victim services charge and £90 costs.
