A WOMAN who broke a 50mph speed limit has been handed six penalty points.
Rachel Joseph, 56, of East Stockwell Street, Colchester, was caught travelling above the 50mph limit on St Peters Way in Surrey on June 14.
Joseph admitted the offence and it was dealt with via the single justice procedure at Guildford Magistrates' Court on January 12.
This means the case was decided by a magistrate and defendants don't have to appear in court.
Joseph was handed six penalty points and fined £120.
She must also pay a £34 victim services fund charge and £94 costs.
