A businessman from Colchester has been fined more than £1,000 after failing to submit business papers to Companies House.
Jack Appleby, 23, was put before the courts charged with two counts of failing to comply with rules regarding the duty to file accounts and reports with the registrar.
The offences refer accounts for the firm Jackman Homes, based in Cardiff, for the financial years ending in 2019 and 2020.
The case was proved in the absence of Appleby, of Oakfield Drive, Boxted, at Cardiff Magistrates' Court on January 6.
For the first offence Appleby, who is director of three firms, was fined £660 and ordered to pay a £110 victim services fund and £75 costs.
He was fined £440 for the second offence.
Appleby, who has previously been a registered director at six different companies according to Companies House, has until Wednesday February 2 to the pay the total sum.
