A WOMAN has been convicted of harassment and threatening behaviour after pleading guilty a trio of charges during a court hearing.
Lacey Baldwin, 24, of Gatefield Court, Gatefield Close, Walton, appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court last Wednesday.
She faced two counts of using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and one count of harassment without violence.
Baldwin admitted the offences, which occurred in Frinton between July and October last year and was subsequently ordered to carry out community service.
She will also now be required to pay a total of £425 to the Crown Prosecution Service and to fund victim services
