COLCHESTER’s Sausage and Cider Festival proved a massive hit, with thousands flocking to Castle Park for a taste of the good stuff.
Organiser Elliott Dalton saw between 2,500 to 3,000 people take to the festival this weekend, with live bands and DJs, craft beers, and more featured at the event.
The festival, which took place on Friday, also saw guests enjoy the gin bar, games and even have a go at eating contests.
