Sharron Thomas, 50, who is an events organiser, was at the gig with her daughters Carys, 16, and Chloe, 19, and captured the touching moments on camera.

Ms Thomas said: “Everyone there was just so touched.

“I’ve never known that to happen at a concert before.

“Samuel’s family said they’ll never forget it.

“Everybody was just so mushed up. We were all doing hand-on-hearts.

“It’s up there with the best concerts I’ve ever been to.

“He made every person in that room feel special.”

It was the second interruption to the show by kind hearted Olly.

Earlier, he had stopped the concert to go to check on the welfare of teenager Abbie Hackworth, 14, after she had suffered from a seizure.

Olly saw Abbie was in trouble and needed medical assistance.

The hitmaker stopped his show to jump down off the stage to check Abbie was OK before she was taken away.

Fans cheered as he shouted “See you later babe. Stay safe and lots of love.”

Abbie’s mum Mel said: “He asked if she had had a nice time and thanked her for coming and he then told her he hopes she feels better soon.”
