POLICE have said a man is now in stable condition after he was left with stab wounds following an incident in Braintree.
Officers were called by the ambulance service to the Enterprise Court industrial estate shortly after 1.30am yesterday (Thursday, August 26)
They had received reports that a man in his 40s had been found with stab wounds.
The man had sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital but Essex Police now say the man is in a stable condition.

Officers remained on the scene and are carrying out their investigation.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We would like to thank local residents and those who work in and around Enterprise Court industrial estate for their continued patience and support following an earlier incident in Braintree.
"Officers remain on scene and are carrying out extensive enquiries in the area to establish the events leading up to the incident.
"If you have any information that may help our investigation, or dash cam or ring doorbell footage from the surrounding areas, please get in contact with us."
