Emergency services called to scene of car crash
A ROAD was closed after a reported car crash saw emergency services called to the scene.
Firefighters and police officers were spotted in West Road, Jaywick, at about 2.30pm on Tuesday.
Eyewitnesses claim to have seen a nasty-looking accident which involving two vehicles.
Upon arrival police officers closed the road before establishing nobody had been seriously injured.
According to Essex Police, it is also believed no arrests were made following the incident.
A spokeswoman for the Essex Fire Service said: "We were called but were not needed to take any action in the end."
