A PLEA for information has been launched after a crash left a woman with life-changing injuries.
Essex Police were called to the crash at 2.29pm on Friday in Coggeshall Road (A120) at Marks Tey.
A car crashed into a tree and a woman in her 30s was taken to hospital by air ambulance with life-changing injuries.
A spokesman for the police said: "Several road closures were in place, and the roads were reopened around 9pm.
"We’d like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the collision and anyone with dash cam footage is asked to contact us quoting incident 645 of August 13.
