TWO new office building could be built on a pub car park if plans are approved.
Mr Lo has submitted a planning application to create the new buildings on the car park behind the Norfolk pub, in North Station Road, Colchester.
One of the buildings will be single-storey whilst the other will be two-stories tall, providing a total of 234 sqm of office floorspace.
Eight parking spaces, including two disabled spaces, will be maintained in the redevelopment.
The car park is currently unused and is no longer associated with the pub, which closed its doors for the final time in 2018.
Parts of the building have been brought back to life, with The Magnet, Colchester's first ever micropub, moving in and a gourmet fish and chip shop also on the way.

However, the application says the car park is unused and the redevelopment will provide new job opportunities for the area.
Colchester Council will have the final say on the plans.
