COLCHESTER Zoo has launched the new adoption packages for its animals.
Packages have been unavailable since May when the previous packages were discontinued.
The new ones, which have now launched, allow residents to help the zoo whilst supporting their favourite species.
There are four types of adoption available - ambassador, protector, guardian and conservationist.
Each includes different perks including having your name on a plaque at the attraction, certificates and gifts.

A spokesman for the zoo said: "The four adoption packages offer you the chance to adopt your favourite species at Colchester Zoo or simply show your support to us and our charity Action for the Wild.
"Packaged in a special presentation box with a selection of items depending on your chosen package, they make a great gift or a treat for yourself."
