Teen arrested on suspicion of carrying weapon
A TEENAGER has been arrested on suspicion of carrying a weapon in Colchester.
Essex Police were called just before 4am this morning (Friday, June 25) following reports of a disturbance in Military Road during which an individual was seen with a weapon.
Officers attended the scene and carried out a search of the area.
They arrested a 15-year-old on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon.
The boy remains in custody where he is being questioned.
