Passholders at Colchester Zoo will be able to visit the attraction without booking as of Monday.

The attraction, in Maldon Road, has announced plans to help those with passes make the most of the zoo.

The move is on a trial basis for now, with the zoo having alreading tested out the plans open reopening earlier this year.

As of June 7 any passholders or those with complimentary/open dated tickets will not be required to book.

Anyone visited before Monday must still book a timed entry.
