Teen to appear in court charged with alleged stabbing in town centre
AN 18-year-old has been charged with connection with an alleged stabbing outside a kebab house.
The incident took place in Crouch Street, in Colchester, at about 1.30am yesterday.
The 63-year-old victim was treated in hospital for a stab wound.
Tyler Menzies, of Walsingham Road, Colchester, has been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon.
He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ court today.
