TRAIN services may be cancelled or delayed until further notice as a train line is blocked.
Due to a train fault at Colchester Town Railway Station, the line is blocked.
Greater Anglia said train services running through this station may be cancelled or revised, and disruption is expected until further notice.
Engineers and a rescue team are heading to the site in order to get the train moving again as soon as possible, a Greater Anglia spokesman said.
Greater Anglia tickets are being accepted on local First Essex bus routes 61, 62, 62B, 65 and 66 between Colchester station and Colchester Town until the issue is resolved.
A spokesman said: "Sorry if your journey has been affected by this disruption.
