A NEW tyre and autocentre is set to open in Colchester.
The former Kwik Fit Centre in Barrack Street is set to reopen as HiQ Tyres and Autocare next week.
The firm is part of the Goodyear Tyres retail programme and will supply premium and mid-range tyres for all makes and models of car.
The new centre will also include the latest wheel alignment equipment and offer MOTs, services and diagnostics.
Paul Burton, HiQ Tyres and Autocare business consultant, said: "This is an ideal location to offer local people with a near franchise experience.
"The centre will include a luxury reception area for customers to sit and relax and we will supply all brands of tyres to our customers.
"This centre is a one stop shop for all your automotive needs."

HiQ Tyres & Autocare already have more than 100 autocentres across the UK and are supported by Goodyear Tyres.
The Colchester centre will be open from Wednesday, May 5.
Opening hours will be 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
