Two brothers have denied attempted murder after a teenager was shot in the face.
Neil Barnett, 34 and Lee Barnett, 37, both of Kinross Street, Burnley, were arrested and charged with attempted murder after the incident on Humphrey Street in Brierfield on March 10.
They have both now appeared in front of a Judge at Burnley Crown Court where they denied the charge.
A trial date has now been set for October 18.
At the time, a Lancashire Police spokesman said: "We would like to thank the local community for their support.
"If anyone knows anything about the incident but has not yet spoken to us, please call us on 101 quoting incident reference 1289 of March 10th.
"Alternatively, independent charity Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555111 or online at crimestoppers-uk.org."
