A PAIR of poirposes were spotted swimming off Southend Pier by overjoyed families.
The two were seen spotted off the World's longest pleasure pier yesterday afternoon.
The pier opened on Monday, along with the pier trains.
Danny Love, who snapped a video of the animals, was pleased to see them in the Estuary.

He said: "It was nice to be allowed back on the pier again and was lovely seeing the porpoises frolicking.
"They asked for directions to the best football team in London and I sent them to Stratford!"
