Trains have been cancelled and delayed after a fire was reported close to the railway line in Colchester.
Greater Anglia said there were alterations to services between Colchester and Hythe.
This is due to a a line side fire between the two stations causing some lines are blocked.
It said Ttrain services running through these stations may be delayed or revised with disruption expected until 2pm.

Greater Anglia said: "Due to a line side fire services are being disrupted.
"Currently services are at a stand between Hythe and Colchester.
"Emergency services and Network Rail staff are on route to the location.
"A fire has been reported by the railway line.
"The fire service has put the fire out, and is now safe to run over the affected area.
"Services to Colchester Town, Clacton On Sea, and Walton on the Naze will be affected."
An Essex County Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Firefighters were called to an electrical fire beside the railway tracks at Colchester North Station at 11.23am.
“One crew from Colchester attended and extinguished the fire by 12.31pm. The cause of the fire was accidental.”
