YOUNG entertainers are being encouraged join a performing arts school as it prepares for an exciting term of theatre.

The Debbie Millar School of Dance, which is based in Ogilvie Hall, Lawford, has been nurturing upcoming talent for over 30 years.

Bosses are now preparing to relaunch classes and lessons on April 12 as lockdown restrictions begin to ease.

The group is currently on the lookout for children aged between eight and 12 with a passion for singing, dancing, and acting to join its music theatre group.

This term performers will be working on rehearsals for Aladdin, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Greatest Showman, Shrek, and We Will Rock You.

The school is also planning on hosting new fitness and dance classes which will incorporate hip-hip and street styles for children aged under eight up to 11.

A spokeswoman for the Debbie Millar School of Dance said: "Weare very much looking forward to seeing our students old and new."
