BUSINESSES will work together to create a recovery strategy for leisure firms in Colchester.
Our Colchester Business Improvement District (BID) is launching a new Leisure Recovery Board.
Made up of 25 stakeholders, the group will allow businesses to voice their concerns and bring together ideas of how the leisure sector can improve its offering.
The group will also work with experts and compile research to help shape the sector's recovery.
Andy Starr, chair of Pubwatch and BID director, said: ""Many leisure businesses have had to endure severe reductions in capacity or have not been able to physically open at all.
"The creation of the Leisure Recovery Board and strategy provides an opportunity for businesses to work together with the BID and stakeholders towards recovery."
