New off-licence set to open in Prettygate in Colchester
A FORMER betting shop is set to be turned into an off-licence after plans were approved.
Ramachandran Janarththan has received planning permission from Colchester Council to change the use of the old Ladbrookes unit in London Road, in Prettygate ward.
Mr Janarththan says some customer car parking will be available once for the new shop once it opens.

The unit is located next to Phenoix Chinese takeaway and near London Road's junction with Halstead Road.
