NINE neighbourhoods in Colchester are now recording fewer than three cases of Covid-19, latest figures show.
A map, compiled using Government data, shows the number of Covid cases in each part of in Essex.
According to the data the number of cases in more than 30 areas have dropped below three, as of the week to March 25.
This means the virus is classed as "suppressed" in each of these parts.
They have also been moved into the lowest category on the Government's Covid hotspots map.
Nine parts of Colchester are in this category as per the latest figures.
Here are the latest case numbers for each part of the borough:
- Greenstead - 10 (down 33.3 per cent)
- Monkwick - 9 (up 50 per cent)
- Mile End & Braiswick - 8 (up 60 per cent)
- New Town & Hythe - 7 (up 40 per cent)
- Abbey Field - 6 (up 100 per cent)
- Parson's Heath - 7 (down 36.4 per cent)
- Stanway - 5 (down 28.6 per cent)
- Wivenhoe & University - 4 (down 44.4 per cent)
- Marks Tey & Wakes Colne - 4 (up 100 per cent)
- Layer-de-la-Haye, Abberton & Mersea East - 3 (up 50 per cent)
- Highwoods - 3 (down 40 per cent)
- West Bergholt & Wormingford - less than 3
- West Mersea - less than three
- Central Colchester - less than three
- Lexden - less than three
- Horkesley Heath, Langham & Dedham - less than three
- Prettygate & Westlands - less than three
- Old Heath & Rowhedge - less than three
- Shrub End - less than three
- Tiptree - less than three
Colchester's average Covid infection rate is now 39 cases per 100,000 people.

This is because there were 76 cases in the borough in the week to March 26.
The rate has dropped slightly from 44.7 cases per 100,000 people a week earlier.
According to the figures, Tendring's infection rate is now 67.5 cases per 100,000 people.
There were 99 cases in the district in the week to March 26.
