Colchester Zoo launches online portal for passholders as it prepares to reopen
COLCHESTER Zoo has launched a new online portal for members in preparation for its reopening.
During the zoo's enforce closure staff have been working on a platform to assist passholders and it has now been launched.
The Colchester Zoo Membership Portal allows you to view and edit your details, see when your pass expires and check how many visits you have made to the zoo with your pass.
It also features quick links to the zoo pass booking form and cancellation form as well as much more.
To login you will need:
- The email address on your Zoo Pass record
- Your surname
- Your Pass ID number (printed on your card)
- The postcode linked to your Zoo Pass record
Colchester Zoo is set to reopen to the public from April 12.
All tickets must be pre-booked in advance, including for passholders.
