Greater Anglia have confirmed all train services between Manningtree and Harwich Town are suspended due to heavy snow.
Train services on the Harwich branch are disrupted due to a points failure caused by adverse weather conditions and will be suspended until further notice.
A rail replacement bus service will run between Manningtree and Harwich Town.

Network Rail engineers are on route to the site to investigate and restore the train service to normal.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
