Last month police launched an appeal for witnesses after 16 sheep were killed, and dozens were badly wounded, on land where livestock grazes in East Bergholt.
The animals were found lifeless on a field or in the river at the bottom of Dazeley’s Lane.
A further 20 sheep were badly injured from the attack which took place at some point between Sunday, December 20 and Monday, December 21.
Tragic - one of the sheep found lifeless
Following the incident, Rupert Eley, the landowner, said the attack was devastating.
A total of 30 sheep had to subsequently be put down as a consequence of their injuries.
The incident came less than two months after another flock of sheep had to be put down after they were attacked.
Officers were called on November 5, with reports sheep had been attacked the previous day on land at a farm in Chequers Road, Little Bromley.
The animals were put down due to the seriousness of their injuries, which were believed to have been caused by dogs.
Anyone with information on the latest incident is asked to call Suffolk Police on 101.
