AFTER the excesses of Christmas, there's nothing better than getting some fresh air and exercise to walk off your turkey and mince pies.
A brisk walk can do wonders and there are clearly plenty of beautiful things to photograph along the way, as these pictures testify.
They were taken by the Gazette's brilliant Camera Club members and some, like those taken by Mark Jarvis and Terry Spires, show the high water level at Flatford.
Mark said the waterlogged ground made it impossible to walk to Dedham while Terry's moonlit picture shows the River Stour lapping over the footpaths beside Bride Cottage.
