POLICE seized a moped from a delivery driver for repeatedly driving on the pavement.
The rider was warned in July about the anti-social behaviour and received a section 59 notice after riding on the footpath in Colchester High Street in front a PSCO..
However, on Wednesday night they repeated the trick and were spotted by the same officer in the same location.
The rider was issued another warning, which lasts for a year, and his vehicle was seized.
A spokesman for Essex Police - Colchester said: "If you made an order for delivery and it was late we apologise on behalf of the rider.
"Section 59 warnings are issued to drivers and vehicles which are driven or ridden in a way that is deemed to be anti-social."
