POLICE are appealing for help as they search for a man who went missing last week.
Willaim Bargate, 23, reportedly left his home in Little Sampford at around 3.20am on Friday 25 September.
Mr Bargate's family are concerned for his welfare and officers with Essex Police are appealing for the support of residents to help find him.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "We received a reported sighting of a man who may have been William walking near the Blue Egg farm shop in Braintree Road, Great Bardfield, at 3.50pm on Saturday.
"William has links to Coventry, where he is a university student."
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen Mr Bargate to get in touch and call 101.
