Man who was missing for more than a week is found, police announce
A MAN who had been missing for more than a week has now been found.
Police are no longer searching for Peter Cooke, 53, who was reported missing from his home in Harwich.
Mr Cooke was reported missing on Friday, August 28 and his family were worried about him.
An Essex Police spokesman announced he was found on Sunday, September 6.
He said: "Peter Cooke from Harwich, who was reported missing has been found.
"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal.
"It really does help."
