Passed away peacefully on 26th April 2020, aged 85 years.

A private graveside service will be held on 12th May 2020 at Mary Magdalene Church, Great Burstead, Billericay, Essex at 2.30pm.

A memorial service is to be held at a later date to celebrate his life.

He was the adoring and devoted Husband of the late Doreen. Much loved and wonderful Father to Jayne, Sara and Simon.

Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend and will be missed so very much by us all. Donations, if desired, to St Helena Hospice or Cancer Research UK via www.stibbards.co.uk

John Phillips

A much loved Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad who died suddenly on 29th April, 2020. Funeral to take place on 22nd May but due to current restrictions only close family will be able to attend.

We would ask for any donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Stroke Association instead of flowers. Thanks to those whose kind words have helped us through this difficult time.

Matthew James Cutmore

13.5.1987 - 27.4.2020. Died suddenly at Southend Hospital, aged 32.

Much loved Father of Archie, Partner of Paige, Son of Sue & the late Terry, Brother and Grandson. Gone to rest with Dad. Private family funeral to be held on 15th May.

Patricia Dawn Elliott

Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday 21st April aged 87 years.

A dear, kind and loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother who will remain forever in our thoughts.

Gloria May Cleave

Sadly passed away on 22nd April 2020, aged 83.

Much loved Wife of Desmond, devoted Mum to Raymond, Tina & Gary.

Beloved Nan to Darren & Gemma and Great Grandchildren Alyssia & Jude.

Gloria taught keepfit, dance and tap dancing to many in the Leigh community and will be sadly missed by all that knew her.

Joan Ada Doreen Clutterbuck

Sadly passed away 18th April 2020, aged 85.

A loving and much-loved Sister and Sister-in-Law, Aunt, Cousin and Godmother - she was also a wonderful friend to many over a long period.

Joan taught at Rayleigh Sweyne for over 30 years retiring in 1994 as Head of Maths.

Post-retirement, Joan became a Lay Reader, attached to St Mary's Church, Ramsden Bellhouse.

Due to current restrictions, the cremation will be private, but there will be a Thanksgiving Service at St Mary's when circumstances permit.

Raymond Samuel Beech

Passed away on 21st April 2020.

Now reunited with his Wife Jo. He will be missed by his family Gary and Jane. Samantha, Ian and Max.

Eileen Hughes

29th August 1921 to 29th April 2020 Eileen sadly passed away at Elizabeth House, Hadleigh, on the 29th of April 2020.

She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Our thanks to the staff at Elizabeth House for the care they showed her when, due to the lock down, we were no longer able to visit in person.

Eileen will be remembered for all her work supporting the Royal British Legion, over many years.

The family funeral will take place at Southend Crematorium on the 22nd of May at 11am. If you would like to join the service remotely the details are being held with the family so please contact them for the relevant information.

A memorial service and a celebration of Eileen's life will be held when all the restrictions have been lifted.

Janice Rosemary Dance

29th September 1938 - 12th April 2020 Following ill health, our kind, wonderful Mum and Grandmother sadly passed away.

Her positivity and bright outlook, along with humour, opinion and conversation are already so deeply missed by Stewart & Michelle, Sheri & Russ, Jack & Charlotte, Connor & Liv, Tom, Faye, Charlotte.

Her funeral will be at Southend Crematorium at 4pm on Thursday 7th May.

Mum requested donations to The Renal Unit, Southend Hospital (c/o Stibbards) as they gave us an extra year with her through dialysis 3X a week.

James Ernest Allen

Dad, Husband, Grandad, and Great-Grandad passed away on 13th April 2020 from Bowel Cancer.

With love Nicky, Rob, Barbara, Danny, Brad, Nikita, Jayden, Leo and Ava-May. Gone but NEVER forgotten. Funeral 13th May 2020 at 11.40, Southend Crematorium, leaving his home Daws Heath Rayleigh at 10.50am
