Visitors have been warned car parks for a country park will closed while resurfacing works are carried out.
High Woods Country Park car park off Turner Road will be closed on Tuesday, November 12 and Wednesday, November 13.
Chanterelle car park will be closed on Thursday November 14.
On November 12 and 13, alternative parking for High Woods Country Park will be available at the Chanterelle car park free of charge, and on November 14, High Woods Country Park car park will be reopened and available for use.
Mark Cory, leader of Colchester Council, said: “These resurfacing works are an essential part of our car park maintenance and can only take place when the car parks are empty.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this causes but by closing the two car parks on different days, parking provision for the Park will be available on all three days.”
