A dispersal order is being put in place at Severalls Industrial Estate
A DISPERSAL order will be put in place at an industrial estate to deter antisocial behaviour.
Essex Police says the order will be in place at the Severalls Industrial Estate in Colchester between 6pm today and 7am on Monday.
It comes after officers received a tip off about a planned car meet.
The force says it has received complaints from residents and businesses about previous events which have seen poor and anti-social driving.
The dispersal order provides an officer or a PCSO with the power to issue a direction for an individual or group, who has committed or is likely to commit anti-social behaviour, to leave a specified area.
If they return to the area within 48 hours, they may be arrested.
