Two men have been summonsed to court after a fight in Colchester
Two people will appear in court following a fight in Colchester.
Ronald Gwara, 34, of Wellesley Road, and Melanie Kinsman, 39, of Courage Drive, were both arrested at the time of the incident.
They have now been summonsed to court and will face charges of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear.
The incident happened in Queen Street between 4am and 5am on Saturday, June 22.
The duo will appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on Thursday, November 14.
