A CHARITY boot camp is being held to support two good causes.
The bootcamp will be held on October 20 between 9am and 10am.
It will take place at the Queen Boudica Primary School in Colchester.
Entry is £5 per person and the money will be split between the Friends and Family of Queen Boudica Primary School, and the PC Nicola Hughes Memorial Fund.
Participants should arrive at the school, in Cowper Crescent, ten minutes early for a warm up and session briefing.
