THERE have been reports of an accident on a roundabout next to Harvest Road, on Canvey, involving two cars.

The accident is thought to have occurred between 3.30pm and 4pm on Monday, September 16.

An eye witness said: "I saw it just after it happened.

"Traffic had totally stopped coming from the direction of Waterside Farm Leisure Centre to town and was backed up to the next roundabout by the the Silver Jubilee.

"It did not look like any serious injuries as occupants were checking cars as I drove past."

Essex Police were contacted for comment.
