CHARITY shop staff are calling on the public’s help to find a bike stolen from outside the shop.
The dark blue bike had been chained up outside the Colchester Children’s Charity shop in Old Heath Road.
The bike is owned by the family who live above the shop but on Friday afternoon the family came home to find the bike had disappeared.
Debbie Boyling, who works at the charity shop, checked her CCTV and discovered a young man had ridden off on the bike at about 3.20pm.
The young man had a black Nike backpack and a grey long-sleeved top.
