Next up young football fan Jimmy Collingbourne, eight, put in a stiff tackle on Brighton and Hove Albion player Adam Virgo during a youth football training day at Hove Park School
Adam was putting these youngsters through their paces and giving something back to the community
And finally Ayub Ahmed and Sayyeb Mohammed Shojaeian took part in the Old Spice cookery club for older men at Portslade Community Centre
The cookery club for older men was set up by support service Lifelines and Brighton and Hove Food Partnership project
