A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a crash this morning.
One lane was closed due to an accident involving one car on the slip road to the A120 from the A133.
Traffic was backed up between Frating Green (A133) and Hare Green (A120).
An ambulance, two rapid response vehicles, an ambulance officer vehicle and one Hazardous Area Response Team vehicle were called.
One woman was transported to Colchester Hospital.
Update 9.15am: Slip road to the A120 has now been closed due to recovery work taking place
Update 10.02am: Queuing traffic back to the Weeley Roundabout (Colchester Road). Traffic queuing on Colchester Road between the A133 and Frating Green.
Update 11.08am: Slip road to the A120 has now been re-opened.
Update 11.25am: The incident has now been cleared.
