Axial Way, Colchester
A MAN has been charged with going equipped for theft after being arrested in Colchester.
Thomas Parker, 24, of Sandiacres caravan site in Long Green, Cressing, was arrested in Axial Way in the early hours of the morning on Monday.
Officers had stopped a van and found items inside including tools and a face covering.
He will appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 16.
