Letter: ‘The weeds are disgusting’
As a person who has lived in the town all my life I must comment at the state of the weeds not just in the town centre but all the streets in Harwich and Dovercourt.
It is absolutely disgusting, I thought we paid council tax for our streets to be kept clean.
