Ten years ago Tony Bloom took over as chairman of Brighton and Hove Albion. In the following decade the Albion have celebrated two promotions - one of them being to the Premier League. In today’s Timeout we celebrate the Albion chief and all he has done for the club.
First we see the passion Tony has for the club. Tony was delighted as Albion secured promotion to the Premier League on April 17, 2017, after a 2-0 win over Wigan at the Amex
The chairman Tony Bloom received the honour of Freedom of the City, at a special council meeting at Brighton Town Hall on Thursday May 18 after Albion got promoted
An approachable chairman, Tony always makes time for the fans and is loved by all at the club
And Tony isn’t afraid to be seen representing Albion’s merchandise, especially if it’s a bit chilly out
