Colchester Magistrates' Court
TWO women have been charged after a man in his 60s was punched, kicked and bitten.
The incident happened at The Brewers Arms in Victoria Place, Brightlingsea, shortly before 10.55pm on January 3.
Nicola Brownsdon, 45, of Brian House Court, Brightlingsea has since been charged with six counts of assault by beating and one count of affray.
Kelly Nelson, 40, of no fixed address, has been charged with four counts of assault by beating and one count of actual bodily harm.
They are both due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on June 11.
