THESE stunning images are just a few which will be on display as part of a photo exhibition.

Colchester Photographic Society holds an annual exhibition in the town and this year it is at The Minories gallery in East Hill.

Martin Heathcote, who has helped organise the event, said there would be a wide range of themes this year.

He said: “The images on display are as chosen by individual club members and are generally representative of the sort of work produced by individuals in the club.

“We have everything from pure nature through to landscapes, still life, portraiture, urban and travel and more besides.

“It covers a wide range of experience from new photographers starting on their photographic journey to experienced people who hold a Master of the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain, and Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society.

“The subject matter covers a huge variety ranging from what is in the house or garden through to locations around the world.”

The exhibition will run until June 2.

Everyone is welcome to go along and look at the exhibition.
