Man charged with assault and theft after police hunt
A man has been charged with assault, theft and harassment after a police appeal.
Jesse Dobinson, 27, from South Woodham Ferrers was arrested yesterday and charged with assault, five counts of theft, two counts of causing harassment, alarm or distress, and one count of making off without payment.
He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on June 21.
