Tina Townsend
A COMMUNITY stalwart has been shortlisted for an award at a prestigious ceremony set to take place later this month.
Tina Townsend, chair of the Witham Chamber of Commerce, is up for the individual volunteer adult award at Essex County Council's Who Will Care? Awards 2019.
The prize is for a volunteer over the age of 18 who has shown 'outstanding commitment' in their community.
Tina will find out whether she has won at a ceremony which will take place at Anglian Ruskin University in Chelmsford on Wednesday, May 22
